After just nine months of construction, Berlinovo has completed its first block of student flats in Berlin. The first students will be moving into the 129 residential units in July. In the presence of 70 invited guests and media representatives, the main contractor Brüninghoff ceremoniously handed over the keys to Roland J. Stauber, who represented the management of Berlinovo | Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH.
CB.e designed the script, schedule, key messages and entertainment programme for the key handover ceremony. The agency team was also in charge of realising the event, which included coordinating all groups on site plus preparatory and follow-up work. Additional measures included the design and production of various communication tools: save the date, invitations, fact sheet, project information and the symbolic key. CB.e also provided public-relations support in advance and on site. The Abendschau programme on the RBB channel, Berliner Zeitung and B.Z. Online all reported on the completion of the building and the key handover ceremony.
The team around Sabine Clausecker and Eberhard Bingel already developed and realised the public groundbreaking ceremony for the project a year before.
Berlinovo develops intelligent solutions for the Berlin rental market. It constructs affordable, high-quality residential spaces for students in fast and cost-efficient projects. The student halls of residence marks the completion of Berlinovo’s first new construction project. Three more projects are already in the planning stage. Their construction will commence before the end of the year. Additional projects will follow in 2018. In total, the company plans to build 2800 student flats in the capital.
