The programme included a review of six years of AOK Nordost, an outlook on 2019 and discussions of the digitalisation. Various campaigns on stage and in the main hall allowed the employees of AOK Nordost to experience their company as a solid team. In the “FitLab” in the adjacent gyms, they learned more about the company’s digital projects, test their own digital skills and get active. The sports fund got support for the project from its athletic partners. High-profile professionals such as the AOK Health Ambassador Jimmy Hartwig and Svenja Huth from the Turbine Potsdam football club interacted with the AOK employees at the digital goal wall. They competed with their visitors and enjoyed interesting discussions about digitalisation and team play in sports. Michael Bernatek and Markus Assemacher moderated the day with digital help from Klara, the virtual stage assistant. A team building exercise with thousands of clapping hands, glowing lights and music from the Drum Connection marked the analogue-digital conclusion of the afternoon.
CB.e was responsible for the concept and implementation. The first employees’ meeting, held in 2011 on the occasion of the merger of AOK Berlin-Brandenburg and AOK Mecklenburg-Vorpommern into AOK Nordost, also took place under the creative direction of CB.e.
